● *International Workers’ Day: Palestinian Labor Workers Targeted by Israeli Occupation*

Ramallah, Palestine - On the occasion of International Workers' Day, which falls on May 1 of each year, Palestinian prisoner defense groups highlight how the Israeli occupation has targeted Palestinian workers for decades, and that arrests and persecution constitute the most prominent oppressive policies pursued against them.

Ramallah, Palestine - At least 350 Palestinian children are currently being held by the Israeli occupation in various central prisons and military camps across the country, including more than 100 of them who are incarcerated without trial or charge under Israel’s unlawful military court system.

On Mother's Day… 14 Palestinian mothers are imprisoned by the occupation, deprived of embracing their children.

On Mother's Day, the occupation authorities continue to deny 14 Palestinian mothers their freedom and to hold their children. As of today, around 25 Palestinian female prisoners remain in Israeli jails, enduring extremely harsh conditions. The imprisonment of these mothers has left dozens of children deprived of their presence.
